FAQ'S

When will my hamper order be shipped? Orders placed before 12pm (midday) on business days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after midday will be sent either later that day or the next business day. If you need your order urgently, we recommend choosing Express Post. In the rare event of a delay on our end, we'll upgrade your shipping to Express at no extra cost. 

What are the shipping times and costs?  We post with Australia Post. Standard shipping $14.30-$30.50 Australia wide (approx 2-8 business days* depending on location) Express shipping $18.30-$39.95 Australia wide (approx 1-4 business days* depending on location) Shipping rates calculated based on weight (or qty's) of hampers at checkout.

Can I schedule my delivery for a specific date? We can't guarantee delivery on a specific day. Please keep in mind the postage timeframes above. Express will get it to most suburbs the next business day or rural towns 2 business days. (WA & NT longer). If you want recipient to open on a specific day we recommend sending early and simply contacting us to add a "Do not open until ....." sticker.

What happens if an item in my hamper is unavailable?  We do our best to keep our website up to date, but occasionally an item may become unavailable. If this happens, we'll carefully select a replacement of equal or greater value and similar style to ensure your hamper still looks perfectly curated. 

How do I add a message to the notecard in my hamper? Before adding your pre-curated hamper or "create your own" hamper box to your cart, add your message in the "Gift Message" white box. If you forget, simply removed the hamper from cart and redo. Alternatively send us a message via our contact page after placing your order. 

What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping name or address? Send us a message straight away via our contact page. Occasionally payment methods like Paypal try to auto-fill your shipping address back to your own address without you noticing so keep this in mind to check during checkout. 

Can I create my own custom hamper? Yes! You can create your own hamper by selecting our "Create a hamper" tab. First step is you must select your hamper box size (incl wrapping & adding your note) and add to cart. Then you can select items from any of our Add-on categories and add to cart. We will beautifully present these in the hamper box for you. 

Can I add extra items to your pre-curated hampers? Absolutely! Simply add your chosen pre-curated hamper to cart and then add any additional items from or Add-on categories and we will add them in to the hamper.

Do you include invoices or prices in the hampers? No - we never include invoices, receipts or price tag in our hampers.

Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting? We do - with free delivery withing the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Whether you're thanking clients, celebrating staff or organising event gifts we can help. Contact us at boxandbowgiftco@outlook.com or head to our "Corporate Hampers" tab for more information plus our online questionnaire so we can create a proposal for you. If you are not in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne but require bulk gifts sent out to individual addresses, we can certainly do this for you!

Gift hampers containing alcohol - You can see our full terms of service at the link at the bottom of our website - in short, all liquor for sale by Box and Bow Gift Co are under no circumstances available to persons under 18 years of age. Alcohol cannot be purchased individually, only as part of a gift hamper. If you order alcohol separately your order will be cancelled.
